STEEL SIEVE

Steel sieves

Sieves are widely used in various fields, for example; sand screening, gravel screening and washing, cement factories, mills, asphalt bases, mines, quarries, fertilizer industries, food industry and chemical industry and many others.

Steel Wire Sieve

Steel Wire Sieve

Steel wire sieves are used for sifting abrasive materials, stone, ore, gravel, and therefore it is important that the material from which they are made is of high quality. Sieves are made in different dimensions depending on the customer's wishes and are fastened with sheet steel and rivets.

Flex (Harp) Sieve

Flex (Harp) Sieve

Flex (harp) sieves are sieves of the latest technology and recently very popular. They are used in places where sharp blockages must be solved, the tension must be well adjusted to avoid tangled wires. This sieve is very widespread and has a wide application precisely because of its characteristics. Each string vibrates individually because they are not connected together. They are also the perfect solution in difficult working conditions, for the extraction of coal, minerals and other materials. Due to their construction and perfectly flat surface, they have the possibility of self-cleaning.

Polyurethane Sieve

Polyurethane Sieve

Polyurethane sieves are produced with a hardness of 30 to 95 Shor, resistant to abrasion, cutting and tearing. It works at temperatures between -40° and +60°. Polyurethane sieves can be used just like steel screens, without the need to make any modifications to your machines. Our polyurethane sieves have a cone and radius on the sieve surface which increases the sieve efficiency by 130%.

Advantages;

  • Polyurethane sieves can be 10 times longer than steel sieves.

  • Polyurethane sieves have a minimal noise level, due to absorption.

  • Polyurethane sievess can create smaller distances from the holes than steel sievess.

Usage areas:

  • Sand-gravel screening plant-cement factory

  • Flour mills and asphalt base-mines

  • Fertilizer industry

  • Food industry and chemical industry - hydraulic and pneumatic

  • Rubber industry

Chrome plated (CR-NI) Sieve

Chrome plated (CR-NI) Sieve

Chromed screens are produced from AISI 304 certified materials of French and German origin. Chromium-plated sieves are produced in the size of the wire diameter depends on the diameter of the opening, and the edges of the sieves that will be placed on the sides of the sifting surface are bent in DKP or are made of stainless steel.

Laboratory analysis of sieves

According to laboratory analysis, the sieves are manufactured from AISI 304 certified materials of French and German origin. They are produced in a circular or rectangular shape.

Usage areas;

  • Mine

  • Ceramic Factory

  • Food industry

  • Chemical industry

  • Textile industry

  • Tea factories

  • Medical industry

  • The fertilizer industry-the gun industry
