CONVEYOR ROLLERS
Rollers are the most important element that helps the system to work correctly in rubber belt conveyor systems. In order for the power driven from the motor to be used in the system, the rollers must operate at a minimum rate of friction, pressure, axial movement and leakage.
As the Roolstar family, we manufacture rolls without sacrificing quality and produce in accordance with the world standard DIN 22112 norm.

Impact Rollers
In rubber belt conveyor systems, the rollers running under the belt absorb the pressure directed to the main frame at the point where the material is loaded.
Roller diameter including rubber belt is from 89mm to 159mm.
Return Rollers
In rubber belt conveyor systems, the rollers placed under the main frame help belt tracking and cleaning.
Rubber band roll diameters from 89mm to 159mm are included.
Side Rollers
Rollers in rubber belt conveyor systems prevent belt slippage and align the belt. Guide rolls produced in standard sizes are between 60mm and 108mm.
16 chain sprockets can be designed in desired dimensions.
Rubber Coated Rollers
In rubber belt conveyor systems, the rollers running under the belt absorb the pressure where the materials are discharged as an alternative to the impact rollers.
The pipe diameter is from 60 mm to 133 mm and can be rubber coated in preferred thickness.
Sprocketed Roller
The rollers are located in conveyor systems without a belt-aid system and move completely through chains taken from one point, driving the rollers and evenly distributing the Power.
It can be produced in any size and diameter with the desired module and cycle.
Plastic Roller
In rubber belt conveyor systems, the rollers running under the belt carry the weight of the entire system.
Pipe diameter is from 48mm to 159mm. Bearings and shaft diameters are up to the customer's choice.
