Carrying Roller

Rollers are the most important element that helps the system to work correctly in rubber belt conveyor systems. In order for the power driven from the motor to be used in the system, the rollers must operate at a minimum rate of friction, pressure, axial movement and leakage.

Rollers running under the belt in rubber belt conveyor systems carry the entire weight of the system. The diameter of the pipe can be in the range from 48 mm to 159 mm. Bearing and shaft diameters are made according to customer needs
